Mary is a senior social worker with experience in running a social enterprise providing home care services. She also has about 30 years of frontline and management experience in elderly and disabled people. She is well aware of the needs of the elderly, disabled people and their caregivers, has a good grasp of social resources and services, and has certain connections with different community organizations.

Simon Yeung has worked in computer and network startups and Cisco Systems for over 30 years, ranging from engineer to senior management positions. He is currently teaching at PolyU and is the caregiver of 3 elderly people aged 80+. He also has over 20 years of volunteer work experience, such as home visits and phone care for the elderly, teaching STEM to the elderly, volunteering at Food Angel, tutoring and coaching secondary school students, etc.
